Why Career Readiness Training?
College gives you knowledge, but employers are looking for something more. They want people who can communicate clearly, solve problems, and adapt when things change. MobilizeGreen’s Career Readiness programs help you build those skills so you can step confidently into the workplace and thrive.
Here’s the reality:
Nearly three in four employers say it’s hard to find graduates with the soft skills their organizations need (SHRM, 2023).
Only one in four recent graduates feel fully prepared for their current role (BestColleges, 2023).
Eight in ten hiring managers say a recent college graduate didn’t work out at their company within the past year (HR Dive, 2024).
The takeaway:
A degree gets you started, but Career Readiness helps you succeed in interviews, internships, and your first job.
“Research shows that students consistently overestimate their workplace readiness — while employers find major skill gaps in communication, problem-solving, and professionalism.”
— NACE
Job-Readiness Gap
“Colleges don’t teach students how to behave in the workplace…” “Most students graduate with little exposure to professional environments.”
