Our Story
It began with a belief.
When MobilizeGreen launched in 2014, we knew one thing for sure: the future of work would be green, and that future needed to be open to everyone.
What began as a simple idea has grown into a national movement. Today, we connect students, universities, and employers to build a workforce ready for a thriving, sustainable future for all.
From the start, our mission has been to open doors for people who care about the planet but haven’t always had access to green career opportunities.
More than a decade later, nearly 4,000 participants have restored forests, advanced clean energy, and brought new ideas to solving today’s environmental challenges.
What We Believe
We believe everyone deserves the chance to thrive in the green economy.
MobilizeGreen helps close opportunity gaps by partnering with students, universities, and employers to prepare today’s workforce, launch green careers, and create lasting environmental impact.
By linking skill development, hands-on learning, and career pathways, MobilizeGreen is helping to build the next generation of green leaders who are creating a more just and sustainable future.
Our leadership team is woven together by a shared purpose to connect leadership, talent, and opportunity for the next generation of environmental and social leaders.
