The Environmental Research & Academic Pathways training is an intensive 6-week online training designed for justice-driven students and recent graduates passionate about the intersection of environmental action, research, and higher education. This immersive program will equip you with the skills, confidence, and network to build a meaningful career in academia, research institutes, or roles that influence change.

Format: Virtual - includes live and self-paced components
Duration: 6 weeks
Time Commitment: 4 hours per week (1.5 hours live session, 2.5 assignments on your own time)

The Capstone is your final project, built around your career interests. You’ll work on it throughout the course and present it in Week 6. It’s designed to be portfolio-worthy and shareable with future employers.
